Daniel Berger - Attorney Attorney Daniel Berger is a lifelong resident of New York City area.  He graduated from the New York University Law School in 1992, and has represented Social Security disability claimants since 1997.  For the past 13 years, he has focused his practice on representing the disabled before the Social Security Administration, in administrative hearings and in Federal Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.  He worked for the District Attorney of Brooklyn and Kings county, and is admitted to the Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.  He is a four-time finisher of the New York Marathon.

Lourdes Velez - Office Manager Hi, I am Lourdes Velez and I've been working with Daniel Berger for over 11 years. I have helped thousands of clients obtain there Social Security benefits. But recently it became personal for me when my father became ill and could no longer work. I felt that I needed to be his voice because I realized what our clients go through and how much they rely on us. Helping my dad was familiar because we treat our clients like family.
